For those confined to their home and who qualify for home health care, we can provide high quality, individualized rehabilitation services. Our rehabilitation services are brought to your home individually planned and coordinated with input from the patient, caregiver, and physician.

We work in conjunction with Perry County Memorial Hospital and Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital home health services. With this affiliation we can offer the following home health services: physical therapy, occupational therapy, skilled nursing services, speech therapy, social services, and home health aides.
